Er i kinda decided not to use the stock images part way thru and just do it on my own, that probably hurts me in this contest i didnt read all the rules it was like an apple contract

so this is my take on the apocalypse, it looks like a drought or something, and rats have grown bold and large.the adults are more like us but the kids are like the monkeys at the beginning of 2001 a space odyssey

i didnt use any of the stock in this one, i tried a few times but in the end i prefered doing it on my own, because im difficult

Can't argue with the results.
It's quite a detailed piece, how long did it take you?

Oh god it's like every (Survivalist, republican, neo-fascist, etc) American's dream, yeehaw. In non-sarcastic technical terms: The M4 with RCO and M203, you did a good job. Perspective only looks a little wonky because of the light line in the middle of the receiver above the magazine; this can be interpreted as the ejection port being open and the bolt group visible; which would be on the wrong side of the receiver. Without the line though, you kinda have a more ambiguous black form, so I can see why you did what you did. Good work combining animate and inanimate objects; don't have a problem with your mechanical edges seeming too flowing or smooth, some artists do when they include actual living things in their work, or make animate objects a bit off because the lines aren't 'biological' enough.

This reminds me. Have you seen Metro 2033? Since you like the WWII Soviet uniforms, you'll like the art design on Metro 2033's characters. I'm biased towards it because after reading the book it is exactly what I would have done. I'm interested in hearing what you think of character design/art design in that game.

Yeah, that is the idea. I personally love the whole "teliogreika + Rys helmet" thing, it's like "MVD 1943 chic." Those helmets are strange looking things though.

its a cool game, i actually had it but never really got into it totally i think i got frustrated when this big flying monster kept coming down and killing me right away in a big battle with the dog monsters, and i just gave up lol. The designs were awesome tho, so much work goes into video games these days
